The existing Lufthansa newsletter template had to be modernized. It wasn't mobile optimized and many updates had to be applied manually. Open rate, click through rate and incline of bookings and usage of paid services – all these values had not been measured before. The challenge of this project: building a system that works for 104 countries, 16 languages and 130 internal users at Lufthansa.
Plan.Net Connect developed a globally standardized, state-of-the-art newsletter template technology: responsive and text-based templates. With the help of automatized, personalized, global and regional content we created highly relevant, personalized one-on-one communication.
Based on the domestic German market, we rolled out a globally universal newsletter template and constantly enhanced it. On the technological side we upgraded the transit system.
