The brand MINI is well-known, but the product line "John Cooper Works" not so much. We were tasked with changing this through a classical and digital campaign. To let people interact with the brand via Facebook we developed this chatbot: https://www.facebook.com/MINIDeutschlandJohnCooperWorksChatbot/
The chatbot was designed to make people interact with the brand in a playful way. As an extension we created specials like a 360 degree view of the chosen car, an accelaration game or a trip through time.
The average session duration of more than three minutes can be considered a very successful outcome. This indicates that the chatbot offers a variety of interesting content to the user. User statistics show that men have a higher affinity for it than women and that 34 percent of users already own a Mini.
